　　首先，經(jīng)驗(yàn)是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中使用外語(yǔ)的機(jī)會(huì)。當(dāng)一個(gè)人在家里學(xué)外語(yǔ)，效果無(wú)法用語(yǔ)言的學(xué)習(xí)與生活中不斷的使用比較。有沒(méi)有更好的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)改善二語(yǔ)能力比生活在母語(yǔ)國(guó)家。生活在說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的國(guó)家，如美國(guó)和澳大利亞幾年，比如，我的英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人將是完美的。

　　第二，國(guó)外生活和學(xué)習(xí)提供給我一個(gè)不同的世界觀。在大學(xué)校園里，外國(guó)學(xué)生很可能遭遇來(lái)自不同國(guó)家和地區(qū)的同行和接觸到不同的思想和價(jià)值觀。這讓我有一個(gè)有意義的理解不同的社會(huì)中，不可避免地看見(jiàn)我自己的國(guó)家，在一個(gè)新的光。

　　第三，國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，因?yàn)樗�可能是令人沮喪和痛苦的，是有幫助的。一個(gè)人出國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更困難往往難以適應(yīng)新的文化，在處理所有的`問(wèn)題。然而，困難，加上文化撞擊所帶來(lái)的挫折，是一種有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)一個(gè)人的人格的未來(lái)的生活和發(fā)展。
